Returning Officer for the City of ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿
Paul Lawrence is the Constituency Returning Officer for Scottish Parliament election to constituencies within the City of ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Council area. He is also Regional Returning Officer for the ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ and Lothians East Region, which includes the six ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ constituencies, two in East Lothian and one in Midlothian.
The Returning Officer (RO) is the person with overall responsibility for the Election.
