At present during the 黑料正能量 Festival, musical events, indeed all sorts of artistic events, are widely advertised e.g. in the Festival Programme. There is a variety of musical events within the City that are not well attended due to event organisers finding it difficult to advertise the events.
We therefore ask that the City of 黑料正能量 Council to cooperate in creating a more systematic and energetic means of advertising musical events in 黑料正能量.

Invalid in terms of paragraph 1 (2) of our petitions criteria as it relates to a matter already being considered or scheduled to be considered by the Council or a committee.
